All of our programs work to inspire, motivate, uplift, and encourage children to have fulfilled lives. We could not be happier with our experience with Boost and Calm thus far. Both of our children are excited to attend each week and gain so much from the classes; from learning new Bhangra routines to a nurturing group environment which teaches so many useful life skills. We have had a great experience with Boost and Calm Club so far. The kids are learning bhangra and incorporating mindfulness taught in class into their daily lives and routines. The kids look forward to attending class every week.
Great experience being a part of BACC. Not only do the kids learn Bhangra, but also learn so many other things through kids friendly activities.
All 3 of my nieces go to Boost and Calm Club. Qaran is an amazing instructor. He not only teaches his students Bhangra but also mindfulness and deep breathing exercises. He is very patient and makes it a fun experience for kids of all ages and levels from beginner to advanced. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Boost and Calm to every parent. This is a wonderful experience which engages all senses of your children. The instructor is very calm and focused with the children. He knows how to involve and keep kids busy in a fun way. Your kids not only learn bhangra here, but they get to do a lot of variety of different engaging activities with same age or different ages children. They learn teamwork, cooperation, a lot of exercises and mindfulness. Must try to find out the benefits.

Meet With Our Teacher
Qaran Boparai
Let me start by introducing myself-my name is Qaran Boparai. I’m the owner and founder of Boost and Calm club. My educational background is in psychology and over the past 4 years, I’ve worked for rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, non-governmental agencies, and educational institutions and helped change 100s of lives. My area of expertise is understanding mental health disorders and trouma, crime prevention, family relationships, cognitive functioning, culture, and behaviour intervention.
Additionally, I try to promote my culture wherever I go. After teaching Bhangra for almost 6 years and dancing at major Canadian and International Bhangra competitions, I came up with the idea of combining my career and passion and changing lives simultaneously.
Therefore, I feel proud to finally be able to start my life coaching business along with Bhangra and fitness. This is an amazing program where kids learn valuable life skills, such as mindfulness, deep breathing techniques, as well as bhangra. My daughter enjoys her classes and can't wait until her next class. I highly recommend that people try out Boost & Calm Club! I'm glad we found it!
